Who we are

This website (batcieurope.com) is operated by NSL Cosmetics BV, Koolmijnlaan 380, 3550 Heusden-Zolder, Belgium, VAT BE1018949762 ("we", "us"). We are the controller of your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we collect

  • Order and account data: name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, order history.
  • Payment data: processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store full card details.
  • Communication data: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or chat.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser information, pages visited and cookies (only with your consent where required).

Why we use your data (and legal basis)

  • To process and deliver your order and handle returns (performance of a contract).
  • To provide customer service (contract / legitimate interest).
  • To comply with tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
  • To send newsletters and offers, only if you have subscribed (consent – you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • To improve our website and show relevant ads, e.g. via Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google, based on cookies and similar technologies (consent).

Who we share data with

We only share data with service providers that help us run the shop: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment providers, shipping carriers (e.g. DHL), email and customer-service tools, and advertising/analytics partners (Meta, Google) where you have consented. Some providers may process data outside the EU; in that case appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses are used.

How long we keep data

Order data is kept as long as required by Belgian tax and accounting law (up to 7 years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

Your rights
