Shipping your package

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment via PostNL/DPD/BPOST/DHL with tracking and delivery without signature. Whichever shipping method you choose, you will receive a tracking number from us with which you can track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage. Handling costs are fixed amounts, while transport costs depend on the total price. We recommend that you place your items in one order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, so shipping costs will be charged for each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

Our boxes are large enough to ship your items well protected.

Returns

You can return purchased products within 14 days of receipt. To do so, you must first submit a return request via the website.
