Refund policy
14-day right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after delivery without giving any reason. To do so, contact us by email (batcihairatelierbe@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+32 469 60 30 87) with your order number. You then have another 14 days to send the products back.
Return conditions
- Products must be unused, unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.
- For health and hygiene reasons, cosmetic products whose seal has been opened after delivery cannot be returned, unless they are defective.
- Returns are free of charge – please contact us before sending so we can tell you how to return the parcel.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including any shipping costs.
Refunds
We refund the full amount within 14 days after receiving your return, using the same payment method you used for the order. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.
