These terms apply to all orders placed on batcieurope.com. By placing an order you accept these terms.
3. Products and prices
We describe our products as accurately as possible. All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Shipping is free. Prices and offers may change, but the price shown at the time of your order applies.
4. Orders and contract
Your order is a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of obvious pricing errors or suspected fraud; any payment will then be refunded.
5. Payment
Payment is made at checkout using the methods shown (e.g. card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay). Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.
6. Delivery

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

Use our products as described on the packaging and product page. Cosmetic products are for external use only. Stop use if irritation occurs.

You have the statutory legal guarantee for consumer goods in the EU. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law; this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

All content on this website (texts, images, logos, the BATCI brand) is protected and may not be used without our permission.
11. Applicable law and disputes
